He is the founder of Active Barbershop, which has become one of the most popular barbershops in the country. He is also known for his portrait works, where he draws famous people on the back of his clients’ heads.
In addition to his work in the barbering industry, Asare is also a philanthropist. He founded the Active Barbers Foundation, which provides free haircuts and other services to people in need.
He also donates some items to the needy annually at some orphanage homes.
He also runs an annual training program for SHS graduates who are interested in becoming barbers.
